2024 PUBG MOBILE GLOBAL OPEN BRAZIL TEAMS LOCKED THIS WEEKEND – OFFLINE QUALIFIER KICKS OFF

• The 2024 PUBG MOBILE GLOBAL OPEN (PMGO) BRAZIL Offline Qualifiers are set to kick off this weekend, as the top 32 teams now compete for a spot at the Main Event.
• Since March, teams from across the world have been competing in the PMGO Open Qualifier. The top squads are now locked in, set for the Offline Qualifier, Prelims and finally a Main Event, taking place from April 5th-7th.
• A $500,000 prize pool is up for grabs, with teams from Brazil and across the world keen to make an impact at the first major PUBG MOBILE event of the year.
• The 2024 PMGO BRAZIL expands PUBG MOBILE’s 2024 Esports calendar and underscores its commitment to enhance the competitive landscape in the region with significant investment in Brazil’s esports scene.

LOS ANGELES, 27th March, 2024 – The 2024 PUBG MOBILE GLOBAL OPEN BRAZIL (PMGO) continues to heat up as the 32 teams set to take part in the PMGO Offline Qualifier are locked in. Having competed since March, these squads will now face their biggest test as this weekend will decide who moves onto the PMGO Prelims. Featuring some of the top teams from around the globe, including Vampire Esports, Nigma Galaxy, Fireflux, D’Xavier Esports and more. This weekend will provide thrilling action as teams progress one step closer to their share of the $500,000 prize pool and the title of the inaugural PMGO Champion.

The PMGO Brazil Offline Qualifier will unfold over three days, starting with 16 teams in Group A, and 16 in Group B, competing for one of the eight spots that will progress from their respective groups. These successful teams then face off in the next phase on March 30th, earning points from placements and eliminations. The top team will qualify directly for the Main Event, while teams placed 2nd to 9th advance to the PMGO Prelims.

The Prelims stage is crucial for teams aiming to make a mark in the PMGO, and those who qualify will see their names amongst the stars as they battle with top squads from the Partnership Program for a spot in the Main Event.
