The 2025 PUBG MOBILE World Cup (PMWC) is the biggest event of the summer for PUBG MOBILE, as well as the official mid-season tournament of the PUBG MOBILE Esports competitive circuit, offering an impressive $3,000,000 USD prize pool. Following its debut in 2024, the 2025 PMWC will take place at the illustrious Esports World Cup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will see 24 teams face off across three exhilarating stages: the Group Stage, Survival Stage, and Grand Finals, spanning July 25th to August 3rd.

This year’s PUBG MOBILE World Cup Grand Finals introduces an updated SMASH ruleset, raising the stakes and making the event more competitive than ever. In the updated ruleset, the match point is set as the top-ranked team’s total points after Day 2, plus 10 points. To take the title through SMASH rules, a team must first reach or exceed the match point, then win another separate match after this. If no team achieves this within 18 matches, the winner is decided by overall points.
