SKÖVDE, Sweden - 4th November 2025 - Today, Coffee Stain Studios are thrilled to announce that the award-winning, conveyor-crazy world of Satisfactory is available to play on consoles, developed in collaboration with Fishlabs! For the first time, console players can jump into the sprawling alien world of MASSAGE-2(A-B)b and put their automation skills to the test in the factory-building phenomenon that has captivated PC fans since its 1.0 release last September. Available now, Pioneers can step into the planet-wide industry on PlayStation 5® and Xbox Series X|S.
Satisfactory for Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5® brings the beloved factory-sim experience to the couch, with crossplay between console players and a wide range of console-specific adjustments to make factory management smoother on each system. Whether starting your first assembly line or returning to expand your industrial empire, Satisfactory on consoles brings the full experience to console gamers. Check-out the list of features below:
- Console Crossplay: Construct, automate, and explore with players across Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5® in multiplayer, with crossplay available between players on both consoles — teamwork is encouraged at FICSIT!

- Refined Performance Modes: Tailor your experience with three performance presets: Quality at 30 FPS, Balanced at 40 FPS, and Performance at 60 FPS, ensuring smooth gameplay across Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5® consoles.
- Cloud Saving: Keep your factories running wherever you play! Seamlessly carry your save data between Xbox Series X|S consoles or between PlayStation 5® systems, so you can jump back into production without losing momentum.
- Platform-Specific Enhancements: Xbox players can take advantage of Game Suspend and Presence support, while PlayStation 5 pioneers will enjoy immersive haptic feedback and support for integrated controller speaker audio.
As Satisfactory hits another key milestone in its already expansive journey, Pioneers can keep their hard-hats on knowing their industrial adventure is not yet over. With progress on Update 1.2 already underway, and continued support planned across all available platforms, the Satisfactory community can look forward to more exciting announcements to come, whilst welcoming a fresh batch of new Pioneers joining FICSIT through today's console debut.
Satisfactory made its full release to PC in September 2024 after five years in Early Access, cementing its place as one of the most celebrated factory-building games of its generation. Supported by a highly-involved and dedicated community, Satisfactory went on to receive an impressive 91/100 Metacritic score, surpassing 180K concurrent players on Steam, and won ‘PC Game of the Year’ at the 2024 Golden Joystick Awards. Now, Satisfactory expands to new horizons, bringing its gameplay to even bigger screens.
Satisfactory is out now for consoles on the PlayStation Store and Xbox Store for $39.99 USD, and is also available for PC on Steam and Epic Games Store. All assets for this announcement can be found here.
