Ex Tommy Hilfiger, Nike and Calvin Klein Merchandising Manager joins esports org, G2, as new Head of Product
Berlin, Germany, 11 May 2026: G2, one of the world's leading esports and entertainment brands, is pleased to welcome Pétronille Grein as the new Head of Product. Joining G2 from Tommy Hilfiger, where she was previously Merchandising Senior Manager, Pétronille makes her move into the fast-growing world of esports and gaming. In this role, Pétronille will lead G2’s product strategy, leveraging her extensive experience and skills in merchandising, strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and collection development.
Before joining G2, Pétronille led the kidswear merchandising strategy at Tommy Hilfiger EMEA. Working closely with the design, product development, planning, and buying teams, she spearheaded the fashion house’s seasonal planning from concept to in-market execution, alongside managing line architecture, pricing, and margin targets to coincide with brand and commercial goals.
Prior to joining Tommy Hilfiger, Pétronille held senior merchandising roles at Calvin Klein and Nike, shaping global strategies for women’s swimwear and sportswear. At Calvin Klein, she worked alongside design and development teams to ensure collections aligned with brand DNA and market demands. Pétronille led seasonal buying strategy and product assortment for Nike, executing digital merchandising initiatives, including product placement, promotions, and marketplace presentation to drive online sales.
Building on a decade of success, G2 sets the standard for innovative storytelling that blends esports, culture, and lifestyle, and Pétronille's appointment will play a key role in accelerating G2's journey as a cultural leader and in translating this into product. In her new role, Pétronille will drive global strategies, optimise product offerings, and deliver commercially and creatively impactful collections for G2, building on the strong foundation of G2’s previous collaborations with Ralph Lauren, Warner Bros, Smiley, and Solo Leveling as the organization continues to disrupt the esports fashion space.
