Rock & Phone! Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor Is Now Available On Mobile

AARHUS, DENMARK November 12th, 2025 - Ghost Ship Publishing and Funday Games are excited to announce that their single-player auto-shooter Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor is out now on mobile via Google Play and the Apple App Store with a Free to Try option - where players can dive into the first two biomes before unlocking the base game as a one-time purchase. Following the 1.0 launch on both PC and Xbox earlier this year, players will now be able to rock and phone the roguelike spin-off on the go, fighting back against the hordes of grotesque Glyphids inhabiting Hoxxes IV from anywhere in the world.

Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor takes the franchise in a brand-new direction, offering isometric, survivor-like single-player gameplay. Each run sees players mine for resources, earn upgrades, and do their very best to survive the horrors that reside below the planet’s surface.

With the mobile release, players can now take their mine delving adventures on the go, with the game playable in portrait and landscape mode, along with controller support. With the free-to-try version, players can drop into two distinct biomes, starting with the beautiful Crystalline Caverns before unlocking the more deadly Magma Core. For those wanting even more challenges, the full game unlocks even further biomes, challenges, and creatures to lay waste to.

Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor brings the full, uncompromised experience to the palm of the player’s hand, including:

• I’m A Survivor: Unearth a new take on the franchise, as Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor marries the franchise’s mining staple with the beloved survivor-like genre. Players will explore various biomes, mine for riches, and push back against overwhelming odds by using resources to upgrade their ‘one man army’ dwarf.

• Class Is In Session: Take control of one of four unique character classes, each with its own benefits. Whether it's mowing down bugs with the Gunner’s minigun or increasing the speed of mining with the Driller, each class offers experimentation and near-endless replayability.

• Grinding Gears: As each run unfolds, players can now unlock and equip Gear to give their dwarf a fighting chance. Suit up with new Armor, Weapons Mods, Canisters, Gadgets, and even Chips for the fan-favourite sidekick, Bosco, to increase the odds of survival.

• Mission Impossible: Jump into a variety of mission types, each offering new challenges and rewards to unlock. Begin with simple dives across various biomes and progress to more challenging scenarios, including the recently introduced Escort Duty mission type.

Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor is available now, with a free-to-try option, via Google Play and the Apple App Store for £8.99 / €9.99 / $9.99 to unlock the base game. The Deluxe Edition, which includes the After Hours and Supporter skin packs, is also available for £12.99 / €14.99 / $14.99.
