Anniversary celebrations blast off ahead of this year's release of GRADUS ORIGINS coming Aug. 7 for PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch™, and Steam®

WINDSOR, UK – May 15, 2025 – Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. (KONAMI) today announced several tracks from the games included within the GRADIUS ORIGINS collection (excluding SALAMANDER III) are now available to stream and download on popular music streaming apps – including Spotify, iTunes, and Apple Music – as part of the series’ 40th anniversary taking place this year. There are five albums from six different titles for a total of 96 songs now available to enjoy.

GRADIUS pioneered space combat shoot-’em-ups starting in 1985 with challenging stages and aggressive combat scenarios across several games. This year, GRADIUS introduces a new entry to the series with SALAMANDER III alongside classic titles with the GRADIUS ORIGINS collection releasing Aug. 7 on the PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch™, and PC via Steam®. Digital pre-orders are available now.
