Synergy SKY strengthens Services Organisation

Phoebe Harris joins Synergy SKY team as Service Delivery Manager. Phoebe will be based in Oslo, Norway and will be part of the Synergy SKY Services team. Besides technical documentation of the product, Phoebe will be managing the post-sales product support in the company.
Phoebe was previously Product Specialist/Technical Writer at Tandberg/Cisco and has extensive experience in Product Support and User Assistance as well as UC and video.
