Pedro started his career as a Subway franchisee and learned a lot about the day-to-day of a restaurant. 

Since then, he has developed a strong belief in the power technology can have to help people and businesses. In his role at Uber Eats UKI, he works with restaurant brands in all segments to develop partnerships, that leverage Uber technology and operations expertise to deliver together a great customer experience and grow the business.
