2014’s Most Popular Betta Living’s Best Selling Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Betta Living has revealed its best selling fitted kitchens, bedrooms and bathroom designs for 2014, with white or cream a clear winner in UK homes for all fitted furniture design. The list was compiled from furniture installed during 2014, which comprised of nearly 4000 kitchens, 4000 bedrooms and 1000 bathrooms, observing the design, style and colour preferences of each design.

The kitchen remains the heart of the home and the place where couples and families spend most of their time. The top three kitchen designs of 2014 are all transitional design styles, which blend the traditional and the contemporary looks seamlessly together, they are:

New York White

Washington Cream

Bedrooms are very individual spaces and furniture designs that are easily personalised have been the most popular, with white colour a strong favourite. The top three bedroom designs for 2014 are:

Brilliance

Adriana

Coloured sanitary ware is showing no signs of a return to the bathroom. The 1960’s pastel shades of WC’s, baths and basins in pink, primrose and sky blue followed by the 1970's avocado, burgundy, chocolate brown and sage green remain firmly retro.
