Press release -
Koenigsegg with Thule Lightning hyper roof box on the Top Gear Portfolio 2012
In conjunction with the Geneva Motor Show in February, the Thule Group and the hyper car manufacturer Koenigsegg presented its joint development project Thule Lightning - the world's first hyper-roof box.
The roof box, which is integrated with the roof and sold by Koenigsegg as a winter roof to their
latest model Agera R, is extreme in many ways. The design, which goes in harmony with the actions of strict lines, the material, 100% carbon fiber, the performance, which means that you can safely run with the box of 300 km / h.
The project has been highlighted in a number of media in both Europe and the U.S. throughout the year. Now Top Gear has chosen to set the car with the Thule Lightning and its test driver Stig on the cover of its Portfolio 2012. This, of course, makes us both very
proud and pleased.
