UK Trade & Investment (London): Opportunity for food and drink companies to sample international markets at IFE 2011

London food and drink companies will want to take the chance to participate in the UK’s largest dedicated food and drink exhibition, International Food and Drinks Event (IFE) 2011, at the ExCel centre from 13 to 16 March.

UK Trade & Investment (UKTI), in partnership with GLE oneLondon, is offering London companies the opportunity to exhibit at a subsidised price of £500 – a saving of over £2,000.

IFE 2011 is the only global food and drink event dedicated to showcasing new products and innovation, and where international buyers source a diverse range of innovative and consumer-driven products from around the world. The show provides unparalleled opportunities to discover new products, companies and ideas from the UK and around the world.

UKTI London will be hosting a stand at IFE 2011, to give businesses a taste of international exhibitions – including all the support needed to make the most of participating. There will also be the opportunity to attend a “Meet the Buyer” event on 14 March.

Companies will need to be quick, however, as the deadline for applications to take part is Wednesday, 22 December. Contact Sabina Hussain on 020 7940 1548 to find out more, or email:sabinahussain@uktilondon.org.uk. Any London-based businesses that have been trading for at least 12 months are eligible to apply.
