Just say please: HTC Mobile Phone User Details reportedly exposed online

UK mobile phone comparison site www.mobilesplease.co.uk is reporting that HTC mobile phone users have had their person details exposed online. Details exposed include name, address together with IMEI and Serial numbers of their mobile phones.

The details were on unsecure webpages owned by a contractor working for HTC. The exact number of exposed records are not exactly known yet but they were on URLs that were numbered sequentially and went as high as 25 million.
