Leading Resolutions Limited: Leading Resolutions appoints Ashley Somerville to Client Delivery Director
International Malmesbury based Independent IT consultancy, Leading Resolutions, has appointed Ashley Somerville to the position of Client Delivery Director.
Somerville joins the Malmesbury-based business from Virgin Media, where she had held the position of IT Development and Support Director since October 2009. The role involved managing the 600 people across 25 UK locations involved in supporting, designing, developing and integrating the IT systems that support Virgin Media’s Mobile, cable, TV and broadband businesses.
A business studies graduate from De Montfort University in Leicester, Somerville has also held senior IT posts at T-Mobile, AT&T Communications and Cable and Wireless since 1991.
In her new role, Somerville will work with Leading Resolutions’ team of consultants to develop service delivery programmes and maintain and exceed the delivery excellence enjoyed by the company’s clients.
