Richard Alden, European President of TOA Technologies will present “Smart Appointments forSmart Metering,” a session that looks at the logistics of managing the in-home appointments required to install smart-meters and reduce the high-volumes of missed appointments and wasted visits  whilst reducing the operating costs and improving the customer experience.
