Based in Shanghai, Breeze is our expert on newbuild supervision, joining us in 2007 direct from university where he graduated with a master of science in design and manufacturing of ships and marine structures.

何峰先生是我们新造船监造领域的专家，立足于上海，为您在亚洲地区提供新造船监造的专业服务。何峰于2007年毕业于上海交通大学船舶与海洋结构物设计制造专业，并获得硕士学位后就加入SeaTec团队

Breeze coordinates supervision teams across Asia, leading the plan approval process and supporting owners in the construction and delivery phase of the vessel. We have developed extensive newbuild knowledge and experience covering a wide range of vessels types including bulk carriers, PSVs, passenger vessels, tankers and accommodation vessels. Our integrated quality management system is backed up with effective project management.

何峰先生负责整个亚洲的SeaTec监造团队，主导和协助船东从审图、监造到交船的所有工作。SeaTec与V.Group目前正积极致力于几个新造船监造和船舶管理一体化项目，包括散货船、海工/平台支持船、客轮、油船及居住平台等。到目前为止，我们已监造超过250艘新造船。我们已经积累了广泛的、涵盖各种船型的新造船监造知识和经验，并整合了一套完善的质量管理体系，确保项目管理有效进行。何峰先生，作为我们上海SeaTec的总经理，除新造船业务之外，他还负责对V.Ships和其它船队在中国地区的营运船，提供支持与协助，例如船舶维修（坞修或航修）、船舶检验等服务。

While not in the office, Breeze enjoys participating in sport and spending time with friends and family with a keen interest in exploring.

在工作之余，何峰喜欢打羽毛球，游泳，看书，与家人一起旅游（名胜古迹，山川海滩）及朋友聚会。
