YOUhome expands residential property sales through acquisition of Dorset Estate Agents

YOUhome is delighted to announce the expansion of their residential property sales and lettings business through the acquisition of Wellstead & Wellstead, an independent estate agency based in Ferndown, Dorset.

Wellstead & Wellstead provides residential sales estate agency services to the Ferndown, Christchurch and Ringwood areas of Dorset, where they have been established for over 15 years, specialising in quality residential property sales.

“This acquisition of an established and well-respected local business will enable YOUhome to build our presence across Dorset,” says YOUhome Joint Managing Director, Adrian Black. “We will seek to continue the Wellstead & Wellstead culture, service and highly professional standards the business has strived to deliver, and we will introduce some of the highly innovative and successful practices of YOUhome’s Bournemouth office, as we grow our business further.”

The YOU Group also owns Berkeleys Estate Agents in Canford Cliffs, Poole which specialises in the sales and lettings of premium coastal homes in Dorset.
