SWEDISH INDIE-POP MARVEL GERD REVEALS NEW SINGLE ‘LOUDER AND LOUDER’
Breakout artist GERD lands with her new radiant single ‘Louder and Louder’, out now on all platforms.
With an affinity to Florence and the Machine, GERD’s celestial presence in ‘Louder and Louder’ blends indie-pop with euphoric melodies and timeless songwriting, creating a track that really transcends listeners into an anthemic atmosphere. The tune progresses with a prominent beat beneath the dreamy production, with layered vocals escalating beautifully into a sweeping chorus that feels cleansing for the soul, forming a track that sounds like an intimate confession. As GERD says in her own words, the track is “a quiet unraveling beneath the surface, where the need to be heard grows louder after losing touch with yourself.”

GERD is a Swedish born artist known for her ‘melancholic pop music’. Born in 1995 in Karlstad, Sweden, the award-winning artist was surrounded by the voices of influential artists such as Queen and Kate Bush. She decided to leave further education to pursue her music career and hasn’t looked back since.
