Foundation crack repair - Revealing the Myth : Whether trees can really impact your foundation

Home earthquake retrofitting: Everyone will think that the roots of the trees will not create harm for the  foundation of your home. It is the enemy of the foundation and the tree roots can also come into contact with the concrete or block or the dirt underneath your foundation. They push the foundation of your home by causing it to crack or gap, which cause damage to every part of the home. So it is  important to plant the  trees carefully to  keep your home and foundation safe and strong.

Plant the trees needed away from the foundation. Roots will travel to a distance  under the ground. So first identify the mature width of the root which spreads under the ground so that the root system and the tree itself will  keep your home and foundation safe. Keep in mind that the roots of a tree will be three times the height of the  tree. So  you need to watch the height of the  trees and plant it near the area.

A tree root which spreads  beneath your concrete slab can draw out all of the water and make the soil under the slab very dry and unstable. As a result it lead to settling, which can cause cracks, gaps, and other problems inside and outside of your home. When you see the settling because of the roots, then  build a trench around your home for one foot deeper than your foundation and place a material for stopping the roots to penetrate. By keeping your foundation watered and keeping the tree roots away then it may see your foundation restored to its normal height.

Some of the trees are dangerous  to your foundation of homes. Choose the  tree carefully and the location carefully. If it is an existing tree, you  keep it pruned, so that it will stay at a safe height to keep your root system under control.

Trees planted and taken care to increase the value of your home and your life. By planting them carefully and watching existing trees on your property, you can keep your foundation tin good condition.
