Job offers on Fifa 16

I Won everything in my 3rd season With PSG and gone unbeaten in the league for a 2nd time in 3 seasons.

But i have 1 problem. i want to leave PSG now. but at the job offers i got offers from Lyon,Lille,Deportivo,1860 Munich, and after my 2nd season it was the cheap Fifa 16 coins. No Big teams. But i don't want to go to those teams i was hoping for couple big teams like Chelsea to put a job offer in for me. And in my career i have 5 stars rating the highest rating. and got couple of the manager awards.

But i don't want to spend a another season with PSG because i made them a very good team .all other teams in the french league are not as good and it is too easy for me now. i am playing on the hardest level(Legendary).

And why the big teams like Chelsea didn't submit a job offer for me? and i am playing Fifa 16 on the Ps Vita and the Career mode is from Fifa 15..

It is annoying I started at Northampton in league 2 won the league in first season and got to a cup final . Won league one the next season . My third season im in championship with northampton And fancied a new challenge.

i Then applied for the crystal palace job and was successful . They were mid table in championship when I took over them and got to play-offs and won.

I then got offerd to join Liverpool which I took. I've now been at Liverpool for 3 years in that space of time I won the European cup , fa cup , 2 European championship and two premier league trophies.

The only offers I get are spurs (all the time who are 5th ) and some championship clubs . But man utd are 7th way behind top three and I get no offers or there is no openings for them . And I have a 5* rating as manager defiantly a flaw somewhere.

Its very important that you use all the players in the squad so all you players have a good morale , those players you dont wanna use sell em or put Them ón the loan list. As One sad in here its very important to be the manager of the month as many times as possible and you do that if you do what i Said . Im Playing a career with PSG at the moment , ive played 3 seasons on legendary , i had won all 3 titles in ligue 1 , won 1 year Champions league , won 2 french cups , i allways use my reserves in the nacional cup ,anyways i get joboffers from Barcelona ,man United , Chelsea , Juventus ,Milan, City, lille , and also mid table teams like Sunderland . But its true that Big clubs only hire you if they had a bad season , Barcelona won Champions league and the bbva title the year they approached me.
