Nidec Power to Showcase at Data Centre World Asia 2026

Nidec Power, part of the Energy Business Platform under the Nidec Group’s Motion & Energy Business Unit, will participate in Data Centre World Asia 2026, scheduled to be held at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore from 29th to 30th September 2026. At the show, Nidec will feature Leroy-Somer™ alternators, including the LSA 52, LSA 54 and LSA 55 series, which are widely deployed in power solutions for overseas internet data center (IDC).

Against a backdrop of tightening grid power supply and continuous data center expansion driven by cloud services and artificial intelligence, on-site power generation systems are taking on increasingly diverse roles. Depending on system design and operational requirements, generator sets can operate as emergency standby power, primary power supply or for continuous running.
