Protein biomarkers making an impact in clinical trials for Atopic Dermatitis.

DS Biopharma have announced in a press release that oral treatment with the immunomodulating, bioactive lipid, DS107 reversed the molecular signature of Atopic Dermatitis (AD) patients in a phase 2b clinical trial. Protein data generated using Olink’s biomarker panels provided evidence of the favorable effect of the compound, based on the reversal of the AD molecular signature.
