Solvatten AB and WWF
Since October 7, 42 households in the Bungoma district of western Kenya have been using the SOLVATTEN unit for water purification. The households participating in the project all have the habit of boiling their water to make it drinkable. WWF Sweden has assessed the emission reduction potential of SOLVATTEN and in October 2009 the product was selected as a Climate Solver.
