Shark awarded best ULA

Shark Aero won the category best Ultralight aircraft in the Fliegermagazin awards 2012. The German based magazine awarded the best in class in a total of ten categories. The ceremony was held in connection to the AERO show in Friedrichshafen, Germany. Winners were chosen from a high profile jury as well as from the readers of the magazine and received a bronze statuette in the shape of a paper airplane.

Shark Aero are using TeXtreme® Spread Tow carbon fabrics to save weight and to improve mechanical performance. The fruitful cooperation has been highlighted in a case study published earlier this year.

The AERO show 2012 took place 18-21 of April where Oxeon was present at stand A4-112.
