LE CANADA FRANCAIS: Entente conclue – Groupe Thule acquiert l’entreprise canadienne Chariot Carriers Inc.

À la suite du premier communiqué le 31 mai, le Groupe Thule est heureux d’annoncer l’acquisition de Chariot Carriers Inc., le chef de file mondial dans la conception et le développement de transporteurs multifonctions pour enfant. L’entente a été conclue aujourd’hui après avoir reçu l’approbation finale des autorités européennes de la concurrence.
