The company has secured a long term contract to handle property management and leasing services for a five unit apartment building in the Cole Valley district of San Francisco, California.   Urban Pioneer is excited to welcome this newest building and its residents into its family and anticipates a long and copacetic relationship with both the building’s owner and its tenants.
