From a outdoor deck in two levels, will seat another 40 people and an additional 60 people in the harbour during the summer. The new premises at Beckholmsbron is originally part of the old shipyard in corrugated tin dating back in 1735. The new building is almost a replica of the old shed. The interior will also tie in with the shipyard environment.

-  Djurgårdsvarvet offers exactly the kind of marine environment we feel comfortable in, and as an extra bonus it comes with an exciting history, says Agneta Green, restaurateur Oaxen.

The beautiful ship, Prince van Orangiën, has moved from Oaxen to Djurgården and will remain in operation as a hotel. For a taste of what's to come in the new restaurant, visit the Oaxen Skafferi store on Mariatorget, Södermalm.
