Stockholm restaurants big winners at national awards gala

Earlier this month Restauranggalan 2012, the awards ceremony of the Swedish restaurant industry, was held. Stockholm was represented in ten out of fifteen categories and Gatrologik was named Restaurant of the year. Here are the winners from Stockholm (my translation):

Restaurant of the year: Gastrologik (pictured)

Restauranteur of the year: Johan Jureskog and Klas Ljungquist, AG/Rolfs Kök

Dining room team of the year: Ekstedt

Restaurant setting of the year: Ekstedt

Sommelier of the year: Anna Vasseur, Tranan

Most promising future of the year: Oskar Larsson, Frantzén/Lindeberg

Flavour trend-setter of the year: Cevicheria Aji y Ajo

Bar concept of the year: Svartengrens

Waiter of the year: Oskar Lundberg, Restaurang Trattorian

Health concept of the year: Panini Internazionale
