Visma acquires Swedish BokaMera – provider of online booking software

BokaMera specialises in helping Swedish companies and entrepreneurs with online booking. Visma sees the acquisition as a unique possibility to broaden its offering and create additional value for its customers.

BokaMera has focused on product development for the last couple of years, resulting in a modern and technical solution. The way people book time slots and integrate with companies is expected to change fundamentally in the next couple of years. People will expect individual options, multiple alternatives, different possibilities for payment, reminders and details concerning the booking when they book their time slots.

BokaMera has over 6 000 customers using their platform today. Together, Visma and BokaMera see significant potential in increasing the number of customers using the platform.
