Visma completes acquisition of House of Control
Visma has completed the acquisition of all outstanding shares of House of Control (HoC), a Norwegian SaaS company with shares admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo.
Visma’s voluntary cash offer of NOK 11.20 per share was launched on 28 september 2022, and eventually accepted by approximately 98 percent of HoC’s shareholders during the offer period.
Visma has resolved a compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares, and HoC has applied for a delisting of its shares from Euronext Growth Oslo.
