Yanmar to Exhibit Rice gelée, a New Rice-based Food at "SIAL Paris 2018", the World's Largest Food Trade Fair
Yanmar Co., Ltd. subsidiary Yanmar Agri Innovation will exhibit a new rice-based ingredient, Rice gelée, at SIAL Paris 2018, the world's largest food trade fair. Rice gelée is a new food made from rice and water and is superb for improving the texture of foods, emulsification, as a thickener, stabilizer and gelling agent in breads and confectionery, hamburgers and noodles or for soups and sauces.
