PT. Yanmar Diesel Indonesia Celebrates 50th Anniversary

Depok, Indonesia (June 19, 2023) – PT. Yanmar Diesel Indonesia, marking its 50th anniversary, extends sincere appreciation for the unwavering support received from the people of Indonesia over its half-century of operation. The company has been an integral part of the Indonesian industrial and agricultural sectors, growing alongside the local community and has strived to meet the needs of customers with agricultural and industrial equipment of exceptional quality and performance, and fast and responsive after-sales service.

To mark this milestone, PT. Yanmar Diesel Indonesia held its 50th-anniversary ceremony on Thursday, June 15th, 2023, in Jakarta and attended by Yanmar partners, special guests as well as PT. Yanmar Diesel Indonesia's business partners and executives from the parent company, Yanmar Holdings.

"In commemorating the 50th anniversary of PT. Yanmar Diesel Indonesia, we are proud of our growth alongside the Indonesian people and our fruitful cooperation with them. Throughout the years, we have worked hand in hand to contribute to the development of Indonesia's industrial and agricultural sectors," said Akira Kawajiri, the President Director of PT. Yanmar Diesel Indonesia.

Established in March, 1972, as a joint venture between the Yanmar Group and local company PT. Pioneer, PT. Yanmar Diesel Indonesia holds the distinction of being the first diesel engine manufacturer and exporter in Indonesia. Since its inception, the company has been at the forefront of manufacturing diesel engines, power tillers, and spare parts, and distributing agricultural machinery. Over time, PT. Yanmar Diesel Indonesia has witnessed significant growth, expanding its operations and establishing a strong presence in Depok, West Java, and Pandaan, East Java.

As PT. Yanmar Diesel Indonesia celebrates its 50th anniversary, the company looks back on its remarkable journey of collaboration and growth in Indonesia in appreciation of the support of the Indonesian people who have been instrumental in its success, and looks forward to an exciting future of opportunity.
