This appointment comes on the heels of a significant transformation that Yanmar Power Technology undertook in September 2025, when the company split into two distinct entities: Yanmar Power Technology Co., Ltd., dedicated to industrial engines, and Yanmar Power Solutions Co., Ltd., which focuses on marine and industrial power systems, including medium- and high-speed engines and standby power solutions. This reorganization is designed to enable more agile operations and faster decision-making, aligning each division's activities with specific decarbonization goals and market needs.
