Yanmar Holdings Announces Urvashi Sarup as New Director and Board Member for Global Talent Management

Osaka, Japan (March 2, 2026) - Yanmar Holdings Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the appointment of Urvashi Sarup as Director and Member of the Board, in charge of Global Talent Management. Sarup, who currently serves as the Group Divisional Manager of the Employee Success Division, will take on this new role effective April 1, 2026.

With over 30 years of diverse experience across multiple industries, Sarup joined Yanmar India Pvt. Ltd. in 2017. Following the merger of two Yanmar group entities in India, she assumed responsibility as the Director of Finance and Corporate for the merged organization, Yanmar Engine Manufacturing India Pvt Ltd.

In November 2025, she was seconded to Yanmar Holdings as the head of Global HR, further solidifying her leadership within the organization.

Her extensive background spans finance, human resources, governance, and corporate planning, reflecting her commitment to operational excellence and sustainable growth through collaboration and strong management systems. Before joining Yanmar, Sarup gained valuable experience in management consulting, including six years at KPMG.
