Yanmar Power Technology to Exhibit at bauma 2025

Yanmar will be at bauma 2025 at Hall A-4, Booth 425

Munich, Germany (April 4, 2025) – Yanmar Power Technology Co., Ltd., a group company of Yanmar Holdings, will exhibit at bauma 2025, to be held in Munich, Germany from April 7 to April 13, 2025.

bauma is the world’s leading trade fair for construction and industrial machinery. Yanmar will take part in this year’s edition under the theme of “ENERGY DIVERSITY, YOUR SOLUTION PARTNER”. The company will unveil its e-Powertrain system and present a concept model of an industrial hydrogen engine. The booth will showcase Yanmar’s comprehensive solutions to support the decarbonization of industrial machinery.

A wheel loader mockup equipped with Yanmar’s e-Powertrain will be on display at the booth, highlighting the company’s end-to-end support to meet a wide range of customer needs - from planning and manufacturing to quality assurance and after-sales service.

This standard battery pack uses lithium-ion technology and is designed with cost efficiency in mind. It features class leading high energy density and offers a flexible design that allows for customizable voltage and capacity configurations.

Like the high-energy-density battery pack, this model also utilizes lithium-ion technology and is designed to meet specific customer requirements. It offers flexible options for voltage, capacity, shape, and mounting configurations, enabling tailored solutions for a wide range of applications.

Hydrogen Engine

Hydrogen Enginen

Yanmar will display a concept model of its industrial hydrogen engine. The booth will feature a hydrogen engine based on the company’s latest 3.8-liter 4TN101 diesel engine, as well as a hydrogen-powered generator built on the 0.4-liter YDG5500.
The engines can be adapted to run on hydrogen fuel with minimal modifications to existing engine designs.

Clean Gas Engine: 4TN88G

Clean Gas Engine: 4TN88G

Developed for industrial off-highway machinery, the 4TN88G features low fuel consumption, high reliability, and a compact design. The 4TN88G adopts a multi-point injection system, allowing for a more compact design while maintaining compatibility with diesel engines.
It offers efficient combustion and long, stable operation with reduced CO₂ emissions by leveraging the advantages of gas fuel.
