The Yanmar partnership was announced today at the America’s Cup Overture in Cowes (UK), the first event on the road to the America’s Cup Presented by Prada which will take place in Auckland in 2021.

    Yanmar has been selected as Official Marine Supplier to The America’s Cup World Series presented by Prada. Yanmar’s marine diesel engines will be used on the America’s Cup Race Management boats, essential for their role in the successful delivery of the America’s Cup on the water. Racing is set to commence in August 2019, with the finals held in Auckland, New Zealand in March of 2021.
