Yoogaia.com, the world’s first truly interactive Yoga/Pilates/Barre provider, has collaborated with Broga® founder Matt Miller to provide classes online for men and women who want a combination of yoga moves and fast reps – it’s an action packed class which gives you flexibility plus strength and tone.

It is a strong, intense and physically challenging workout with accessible postures that challenge the body in new ways, increase performance and capability in sport and reduces the possibility of injury or painful impingement. Matt teaches a range of Broga® classes at gyms across London and runs a national training scheme for trainers across the country, with a dedicated Broga® studio opening later this year.
