Crayfish supper with respect for tradition

At the Grand Hôtel, our crayfish supper is served at the Veranda restaurant, featuring signal crayfish from Lake Vättern. The crayfish are served with a host of accompaniments such as chanterelle crêpes, Jansson’s Temptation and a selection of cheese.

“We enjoy keeping our Swedish traditions and therefore serve crayfish according to bygone crayfish regulations. The crayfish premiere is a festive occasion and a highlight for many crayfish enthusiasts,” explains Karl Persson, restaurant manager at the Veranda.
