Love is in the air at the Grand Hôtel

On February 14, Valentine’s Day, a celebration of love will be ongoing at the Grand Hôtel, which will be filled with roses, joy and people who love each other.

Valentine’s Day made its debut in Sweden in the 1960s thanks to growing cultural influence from the United States. In the 1990s, Valentine’s Day celebrations really gained momentum and today the day has made its way into the national Swedish calendar of festivities.

“The Grand Hôtel is truly a wonderful place to come and celebrate with the one you love, enjoying everything from a drink at the Cadier Bar, relaxing at our amazing spa, to a romantic dinner at the Veranda with a view of the Royal Palace.
