Delphi advised Bonnier Gaming in the acquisition of Redbet
Delphi has advised Bonnier Gaming in the acquisition of Redbet Gaming Ltd. Redbet Gaming Ltd. has its offices and operations in Malta and the acquisition includes Redbet Gaming’s online brands Redbet, Whitebet, Heypoker and Total Poker.
The sale is subject to approval by the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority.
Delphi’s team was led by David Aversten and also included Marcus Nivinger and Rickard Isacson.
