Delphi advises Lonely Planet in the acquisition of ArrivalGuides
Leading travel guide company Lonely Planet has acquired Swedish all-in-one travel company ArrivalGuides, offering everything from booking to guidance services to destinations across the world to both B2B and B2C customers.
ArrivalGuides work with 1,500 distribution partners and their travelling content is used by over 100 million travelers across the globe.
The Delphi team included Rickard Isacson as responsible partner, Magnus Berterud (employment law) and Christoffer Malmström (M&A).
