Delphi advises Veidekke Bostad in a unique joint venture between Alecta and Veidekke Bostad for new housing
The property development company Veidekke Bostad and the occupational pension specialist Alecta form the joint venture Convea and thereby initiate a unique collaboration for development and construction of co-operative ownership apartments and tenancy apartments. The rental buildings shall be owned jointly by the parties.
Delphi's team was led by Per Berglöf, partner of Delphi’s transaction group, and Magnus Björkander, partner of Delphi's property group, assisted by Andreas Wirén from Delphi's corporate law group.
