Delphi advises Verdane Capital and other owners in relation to the divestment of, and co-investment in, EasyPark
EasyPark’s smartphone app provides millions of registered users with the quickest and most efficient solution to find, remotely manage and pay for parking. With over 220 employees worldwide, the company has unrivalled coverage of millions of on-street parking spaces across 700 cities in 11 European countries, complimented by over 100 commercial off-street parking contracts. EasyPark also offers digital services that enable cities to improve traffic-flow and reduce urban congestion, while maximising occupancy rates for private parking operators. These services work in harmony to create more sustainable, cost efficient and ultimately smarter cities.
In connection with Verdane Capital’s and other owner’s divestment of EasyPark to Vitruvian Partners, Verdane Capital has carried out a co-investment and remains as a substantial owner in EasyPark. The transaction was completed on March 8, 2018.
Delphi represented Verdane Capital and the other ownes in the transaction with a team mainly including David Aversten (Managing Partner), Michael Juhlin (Partner), Elisabeth Eklund (Partner), Hannah Gröndahl (Senior Associate), Glenn Nyström (Senior Associate), Karin Roberts (Senior Associate) and Christoffer Malmström (Associate).
