Delphi advisor to SJR in the acquisition of Women Executive Search AB
Delphi has assisted the recruitment and consultancy company SJR in Scandinavia AB (publ) (”SJR”) in the acquisition of Women Executive Search AB (”WES”).
WES is a management recruitment company aiming to increase gender equality and diversity in business. The company’s turnover in 2017 amounted to SEK 21 million. The purchase price consists of partly cash payment and partly an issue in kind of shares in SJR and amounts to a maximum of approximately SEK 48 million. The acquisition is subject to approval of the proposed issue in kind by the annual general meeting in SJR on 19 December 2018.
