Delphi advisor when Amasten Holding AB (publ) acquires three real estate portfolios and implements an underwritten rights issue
Delphi has been legal advisor when Amasten Holding AB (publ) signed an agreement on conditional acquisition of three real estate portfolios with properties in small and medium-sized Swedish cities. The acquisition is based on an underlying property value of SEK 845 million, equal to approximately SEK 6 400/sqm. In connection with the acquisition, the Board also resolved on a fully underwritten rights issue.
The purchase price is approximately SEK 375 million after the settlement of inter-company balances.
Amasten is a real estate company that owns investment properties, mainly consisting of housing, and to some extent premises and offices. Amasten currently owns real estates in Helsingborg, Landskrona, Karlshamn, Sollefteå and Osby with a reported market value of SEK 348 million.
