Delphi has advised Olof Lindgren on its acquisition of a real estate from Humlegården. The name of the building is Härolden 1 and the address is Kungsbroplan 2/Fleminggatan 1 in Stockholm. The real estate, established in 1884, experienced a major rebuilding in 1999 when it was owned by Ångpanneföreningen. The Delphi team was lead by partner Magnus Björkander.

”It is always really rewarding to work with Byggnadsfirma Olov Lindgren AB, that keeps buying such beautiful properties”, comments Magnus Björkander.
