Delphi proud winner of Law Firm of the Year 2015
Delphi came out on top in Regi’s annual quality and industry survey – Law Firm of the Year, Sweden’s largest client survey for law firms specialising in commercial law. Delphi was nominated in two categories, Large Law Firms, being law firms having an annual turnover of more than SEK 200 million (approx. € 22 million), and the Large Client Prize. Yesterday, Delphi won both these categories.
The result is based on a total of 13 areas in the Regi’s Satisfied Client Index. These include the firm’s knowledge of the problems inherent to a matter, their proactivity, availability, and business value added. The winner is the firm that achieves the highest average score from its clients, which means that Delphi has the most satisfied clients among Sweden’s largest law firms.
“We are extremely pleased and proud of being awarded Law Firm of the Year and the Large Client Prize. Naturally, client satisfaction is very much at the centre of our practice and we see these awards as recognition that our hard work has paid off”, says Stefan Erhag, executive partner at Delphi.
