Delphi’s IP group highly ranked again this year by Chambers

Pressmeddelande   •   Mar 27, 2012 14:00 CEST

Delphi’s intellectual property practice is yet again ranked highly. The highly-respected ranking institute, Chambers and Partners ranks Delphi’s IP group highly in its Chambers Global Guide and additionally recognizes two Delphi lawyers for their individual performances.

The two lawyers to be recognised by Chambers are Henrik Bengtsson and Peter Skoglund. Henrik Bengtsson is commended for his IP litigation experience and Peter Skoglund for his competence in IP litigation and transactions and his long experience of the film industry. The rankings are based on interviews with clients and colleagues in the industry.

“I am proud of our TMT/IP practice group and our highly-skilled IP lawyers. These excellent rankings confirm that Delphi is one of the leading and most respected advisors in IP law in Sweden. Our IP practice is frequently a matter of representing clients in litigation and there are almost always large sums of money at stake. This puts great demands on the lawyers involved and competition is extremely tough. I feel that both Henrik Bengtsson and Peter Skoglund are amongst the absolute elite of IP lawyers in Sweden,” says Johan Kahn, head of Delphi’s TMT/IP-group.
