Priveq – new minority owner in Visual Art

Visual Art, the leading full service agency within Digital Signage in Scandinavia, is bringing Priveq Investment (“Priveq”) in as growth partner. Priveq invests for a 40 percent ownership while management, founders and other employees will own approximately 60 percent.

 Visual Art offers a unique complete solution within Digital Signage, including strategic advice, design, installation, production, software and service & support. Through an innovative and market leading offer, the company has attracted an impressive portfolio of customers. The company has approximately 70 employees with its head office in Stockholm and a turnover of SEK 250m.

Visual Art also has Sweden’s largest digital media network (DOOH – Digital Out of Home) with a presence in the most visited places in Sweden. The company’s screens can for example be found at the Stockholm Central station and at the Mall of Scandinavia.
