Sigma listed among best big employers in Sweden according to Universum and Metrojobb survey

This year Sigma and Sigma Technology reached the 40th position in the Universum and Metrojobb ranking of the best employers among the large enterprises in Sweden. These results demonstrate the positive image employees have of Sigma.

Universum, a global business partner, together with Metrojobb, the most popular job portal in Sweden, aim to promote a favorable relationship between an employer and an employee, by measuring employees’ motivation and loyalty to the brand. Each year they conduct the Sweden's Best Employer survey, reaching out to employees from the largest enterprises in Sweden.

This year, Sigma and Sigma Technology have made the top 50, placing as the 40th best company to work for in Sweden. The company’s team had an opportunity to express their opinions with reference to three factors: meeting mutual employees’ and employers’ needs and interests; company loyalty and corporate atmosphere.

This simplifies the procedure of recruiting for the employer.”
