AtlasCorp reveals their simple strategy for boosting brain power.

The firm is overjoyed that the importance of exercise has now been confirmed as a critical method of boosting brain power.

AtlasCorp has always been avid proponents of the idea that exercise is good both for mental and psychical health. In a wide range of company workshops, the firm has focused in on the importance of training, good food and sleep as the foundations of a successful positive mindset. The firm is overjoyed that the importance of exercise has now been confirmed as a critical method of boosting brain power.

About the firm - http://www.atlascorp.co.uk/

A group of researchers from Western Sydney University in Australia and the University of Manchester in the U.K. explored the impact of aerobic exercise on a part the brain called the hippocampus, an area responsible for how the brain processes and retains memories. The scientists reviewed 14 clinical trials that looked at the brain scans of 737 participants before and after aerobic exercise regimens. The group of the trial participants was made up of healthy adults, people who had Alzheimer’s and people with diagnoses of depression and schizophrenia.

Looking at the results of those trials, the researchers found that while exercise did not impact total hippocampal volume, it did lead to increasing the size of the left region of the hippocampus in humans. (Brain health in humans declines by 5 percent each decade after people hit 40.) The results confirm that exercise maintains a healthy brain and enables people to remember information more efficiently. With these results in mind, Atlas Corp is imploring its workforce to attempt to incorporate exercise into their daily schedules. The firm doesn't want its workforce to feel forced but instead wants them to understand the physical and mental positives of practice.

This advice takes place within the broader context of AtlasCorp’s campaign to help contractors improve their sales with tips on maintaining high organisational standards and a positive mindset. Speaking from personal experience, the managing director, Matt Stewart confirmed that one's success is often built on firm foundations that provide someone with the support to establish themselves. Simple things like exercise, food and sleep are often overlooked in hopes of improving targets. Over the last few weeks, AtlasCorp reminded each of its sales representatives that missing out on these basics of life will only impact negatively on their performance and should be considered extremely important.
